Shipping Terms and Conditions

Estimated delivery times:

a) Germany/Austria: 7 to 14 business days
b) EU: 7 to 21 business days
c) United States: 7 to 12 business days

Delayed Delivery
In very rare cases, packages may take longer than indicated. Unfortunately, we have no control over shipping times and unforeseen delays that may occur during transit. We kindly ask for your understanding and patience if this happens.

In such cases, we will send a new package if there have been no tracking updates for over 30-60 business days. This can especially be the case during busy holiday seasons in February and at the end of the year (November to December), during promotions, or other peak times.

Important Note:
All of our products are shipped from China. Please keep this in mind when planning your orders.

PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

Please note that processing time (2-4 business days) differs from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.

The full processing (checking, packaging, forwarding to logistics, and shipping to the post office) usually takes 2-4 business days. Once your order is processed, our shipping company will pick up your package.

An email with your online tracking information will be available on our website. Processing time – in very rare cases, it may take longer than the indicated expected timeframe. During busy periods such as holidays, promotions, or other events, the processing time may be extended. We strive to deliver as quickly as possible and kindly ask for your understanding and patience during such occurrences.


CANCELLING AN ORDER

Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it after 30 minutes, as it may already be processed. Please email us at info@halloweeni.com as soon as possible if you wish to cancel an order that has just been placed.


UNCLAIMED ORDERS

We are not responsible for packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, undeliverable, or due to an incorrect or insufficient address. If you see an incorrect or insufficient address when receiving the confirmation email, please email us as soon as possible at info@halloweeni.com in response to the order confirmation email with the updated details.

Once we have processed the order, we can no longer change the address, and we are not liable for incorrect or insufficient addresses.


CUSTOMS/DUTIES

Customs duties are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for any charges. Also, note that in rare cases, customs agents may delay the delivery of some packages.


SEPARATE PACKAGES

In some cases, an order may be split into different packages for the following reasons:

  • Certain items may be on backorder
  • Weight restrictions for regular postal shipping
  • Different designers/warehouse locations (we operate from multiple warehouses to offer you the best selection at affordable prices).

HOLIDAY SEASON

Due to high sales volumes in October, November, and December, we ask for your patience. Our customers are important to us, and we do everything possible to make you happy. However, delivery times may take longer than expected, but we guarantee your goods will arrive and that you will remain a loyal customer. Thank you for your understanding.
